Being a dad is the best thing in the world. Jill and I have adjusted to our new way of life and the baby is growing wonderfully. We've learned the hard way on some things. For instance, make sure she's "done" before trying to give her a bath, or you'll be using more than one towel. She's a heavy sleeper during the day. Today she slept for 4 1/2 hours before waking up to be fed. Then, she fell asleep again in the middle of lunch. I'm starting to think she's narcoleptic...she sleeps through everything. I guess under some circumstances, that's a good problem to have.
We had a couple of adventures this weekend too. We went to Wal-Mart, Target, and World Market yesterday. People seem to look at you more when you're toting around a little baby. That's fine with us. We also went over to Mimi and Pawpaw's house last night for dinner. She didn't seem to mind being passed around the room too much. And of course, Pawpaw had to hold her and didn't want to let her go. He's going to end up being a Sue Ellen slave, just like her daddy.

obviously she is okay with bathtime.she is so cute!! Mom is just ready to jump in the car without anything packed and drive down there just to see Sue Ellen.I want to tag along most definately. I can't wait to see my second cousin baby Sue Ellen.
